The Game’s Afoot is a fast-paced comedy-thriller set during Christmas 1936 at the Connecticut mansion of William Gillette, a Broadway star famous for playing Sherlock Holmes. The festive weekend turns deadly when a theater critic is murdered, forcing Gillette to assume his stage persona of Sherlock Holmes to track down the killer among his own cast members. Filled with secret rooms, witty dialogue, and sudden twists, the play is a hilarious, edge-of-your-seat whodunit where everyone is a suspect and no one can be trusted.
